Free EntryKaren-Susan Fessel has been working as a freelance author, journalist, editor and lecturer for creative writing since 1993: from «creative quickies» to the writing of queer autobiographies. She has published over a dozen novels and short story collections, for example «Was du willst» (What you want) and «Unter meinen Händen» (Under my Hands). In 2016, the classic «Bilder von ihr» (Images of Her) was reprinted after 20 years. She has also written a number of children’s books and books for young people – for example «Hip-Hop, Hund und Herzgehüpfe» (Hip-Hop, Dog and Heartbeat) or «Lametta im Himmel» (Lametta in the Sky), and she co-authored «Out!» (see panel «Coming Out»).
Karen-Susan Fessel will read from her work, followed by a Q&A with Helen Hürlimann (journalist at Swiss Television SRF) and the audience.
