Discrimination, rejection and bullying of homosexual, bisexual, trans*, inter* and queer (LGBTIQ) people is not a rarity, not even in Switzerland. This fact is what moved du-bist-du, a counselling and information platform for youths, to realise the photo series «wir zeigen uns» («we will show ourselves»). Approximately 200 LGBTIQ people of every age and different professions answered the call. This exhibition provides insight into diversity that is just as encouraging for youths as it is for adults.
